Well, it depends on what you mean by “new album” and what you mean by “Heavy Metal”. If you like thrash metal and aren’t devoted to religion, try Slayer’s new album “Christ Illusion”.
If you’re into the more classic and epic type music, give DragonForce’s “Inhuman Rampage” a listen. Note: I know the title sounds violent, but trust me, it’s clean.
If you’re into death metal (very hardcore), try Vomitory’s “Primal Massacre”.
I own each of these three albums, and they’re all very good. I reccomend you seek them out if they sound like what you like to listen to.
Oh, and if you like Three Inches of Blood, try listening to the band Blood Brothers.

chimaira’s “resurrection” and mastodon’s “blood mountain” are really good.. but as far as just released and yet to be released theres the new devildriver (which u said u had), the new as i lay dying, the new ill nino, the re-release of slayer’s christ illusion, and atreyu’s lead sails paper anchor
