Hey. I have this idea and am really not a great artist, so was just wondering if anyone here could maybe take the time to do a quick sketch of my idea. There is no rush for it, but would be grateful if someone could help me out here.

My Idea:

It’s kinda a tribute/memorial of my time in Vancouver (Canada). I was think about getting a skyline of Vancouver perhaps with an orca within it as well.

Again, i would be grateful is someone would help me out. Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Burnsey

I like the concept idea for your tattoo and to save you a lot of waiting and hassle my advice is to take both pictures to an artist who’s work you like.

They will draw it and tattoo it as part of the service.

Many of the artists on here will not work for free as it is their livelihood and even if they did draw it another artist would redraw the concept entirely.

Hope that helps as you have enough there for some great ink.

Take care
Matthew

thanks for the reply. I see your point. My only concern with that was, if the tattoo artist draws it up and then for some reason (whatever it may be) i decide against the tattoo. Wouldn’t want their time and effort wasted. But at the same time they same thing could possibly apply here. thanks. I think it’s time for me to start looking for the best artist there is to do this now haha

again, thanks for the reply ๐Ÿ™‚

PS. loving your lion tattoo ๐Ÿ˜‰

Generally with an artist you would pay a deposit for a tattoo appointment and they would draw it up that day for you. So if you decide you don’t want a tattoo you’d lose your deposit but if you don’t like the sketch they can change it. So first, you have to be fully sure you want a tattoo then find a solid artist in that style and set up a consultation and go from there.
