You’ll want a good q-switch laser (not a Picosure Laser) as it doesn’t remove red ink. I think a good laser would take 7 or 8 sessions most likely.

The only two effective options is either laser (preferred) or surgical, but this would require a tattoo only in specific areas, be small enough and it will obviously leave a scar.
