If you&#8217;re not going to sweat to much (as in doing a massive session) it should be ok, but personally I&#8217;ve always waited a minimum of a week sometimes two before I get back into things.</p>

Being covered in sweat, shirt rubbing and possibly dropping skin everywhere (if you flake up when healing) isn&#8217;t ideal for a tattoo or for your training partners.</p>
<p>Take at least a week, unless you are training for competition in the near future.<br />
A week won&#8217;t hurt your training.</p>

It wasn&#8217;t really that painful (but so far I haven&#8217;t thought any of my tats that bad), it does come down to the individual though.</p>
