									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Much much worse. You have to break through the callus on the palm. Then you are literally tattooing on an epidermal layer that has never been touched because it has been covered by the callus since you were a baby.</p>
<p>A guy I know has the head of his dick tattooed, said the palm was much worse.</p>

<p>Leave your tattoo alone, no moisturizers, or lotions, let it heal naturally with air.</p>

It really doesn&#8217;t look horrible. Maybe he or someone else, can fill in around the letter with a colour, like a pink, or an light green. That would bring out the black, but also cover over a lot of the blow out</p>

He&#8217;s not some big artist that&#8217;s world renowned, but he&#8217;s a great artist and the service I receive when booking appointments, e-mail updates, etc, is not comparable to any other shop. He&#8217;s been tattoo&#8217;ing for 10 years now, and he has owned his own shop for 8 years now.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;d say $400, But also in Canada our shops, around here anyways, don&#8217;t charge too much. The most expensive, for probably the best artist in Canada (that I have seen) is $150 an hour. And I&#8217;d imagine he could fix that up in under 3 hours.</p>
