And yes, it does look better know… If you want to stay in the music theme you could have some notes coming from the guitar, but I don’t think there should be too much more on it, it’ll just make it too crowded…

Hey,
Sounds and looks like a cool idea, especially clean drawn by a professional artist. 😛
The pentagram is missing its bottom line though, so to say. I think it might look better if the mic is moved more upwards, as the top left corner seems a bit empty. So maybe moving it up and adding a pole to it aswell?

Making it look more realistic is something I’ve (also) been thinking about. But yes, I’ll ask the tattoo artist that I end up choosing to “play” with it a bit. :p I just really wanted to have some ideas to talk about with him/her as well, therefore this thread. 😀 Thanks for the input.

I definitely like your idea, especially because it draws on your own experiences so much.
