There wouldn&#8217;t be room for as many characters but you should be able to get at least some on there.  Depending on if you want color or black and grey is a big indicator. I finally got more work done on my tattoo!  I&#8217;m fixing to upload a few pics of the progress so far.  The flower at the bottom needs more attention than he had time for, but I think after the 5 and a half hours I sat for, it&#8217;s a huge improvement!  Can&#8217;t wait for the next session!</p>

Maybe you could repost pics without the irritation in your arm so we can see better?  The other one looks so fresh it makes the original not look as good. Says to wash the tattoo with warm soapy water, and let it air dry.  Apply Eucerin cream three times daily (don&#8217;t cake it on, it needs some air to heal).  Don&#8217;t pick or scratch at it. You could change up some of the style, or maybe it will pop up some ideas.  Just a thought.  I just googled dragon art, and it came up with some really cool images. I have an appointment on the 12th to see a new guy, who specializes in traditional tattoos, and I&#8217;ve learned my lesson and will not allow needle to touch skin without proof of beauty. He said it was not possible.
