It’s not very well done, but it’s light so it wouldn’t be a problem to work with it and make it work better.
I personally love skulls and horror stuff, especially when there is a lot of black in there! I’d suggest going in with a shitload of black, adding some more twisted skulls around it, maybe something Paul Booth style, get some nice contrasts etc going on. All depends on what you like!
