i took it 2 days ago, but my qoustin is if i tattoo over with white, will the black show again?

i cant afford to take a tattoo in my country (norway)
so i gonna make my sister fix it, shes made my other tattoo. and that one is perfect.

im gonna take a new tattoo (tribal) over it and fill it with white or red.

And btw this tattoo failed because i trusted one that never had taken a tattoo before as training.
and when she tattoed me she used paper to remvoe the ink arond it , she removed the lines, so we just did it blind.

hehe. i don’t care about how things look tbh, so its no big deal if i can’t fix it.
