you should just go to a shop and talk to artists about that. besides you don’t seam to know what exactly u wan’t doing with the tattoo. personaly i would add a view like maby path going behind it tree and a sky.

285 is ok price should be a good one , i’m using micky bee machine for lining and i like them a lot they come up to £300-£400, there’s so many types and kinds that it’s hard to choose from i’ve gone through loads of them* before i found the one i liked the weight of. my shader and colouring machines i build myself from different parts so it siuts me.

i use just atibacterial soap, none perfumed for cleaning tats and it works absolutely fine and than bepanthen twice a day for the first 2-5 days, after that i put it on only if the area gets too dry

to me the it looks a bit messy, too much going on in the bottom area and it wouldn’t look nice on skin. try draw it again putting more detail into the hand and a lot less into the bottom part. try some light shading instead all almost black, basicaly i would ligten the whole thing up, rather than that it’s a good idea, nice one can’t wait to c it done

i don’t think it means anything specific hun only ur dad knew what it meant for him. it’s not a specific symbol, it looks like cross standing on the globe no one will tell u what it means

u should not keep ur tattoo too wet, like it’s been said u should use ointment 1-2 times a day u do need to let the tattoo dry out a bit so the skin can get rid of dead bits and this way heal. i think u over looked after it:) but it’s ok not to worry after about 3 weeks to a month go back for a touch up.

ointments help healing process there nis many available i use* baby ointments like bepanthen, and it never let me down. like outlaw said vaseline can damage the tattoo and should not be used during healing process. another thing u shoul’ve taken the wrap of the tattoo after u gat home and wash it than, suprised u artist didn’t tel u that
