									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Correct.  It&#8217;ll look like hell with all that inked skin flaking off, and the shiny-skin phase is almost as bad, but at least what ink is at the permanent level will stay there.</p>
<p>The danger is opening up spots to that level and either pulling out the skin, ink &amp; scab or making it so such will happen later.</p>
