I take sports energy drinks to keep hydrated and keep energy levels up. and a chocolate bar for a quick boost if i need it. positive mental attitude the most important thing tho.</p>

If the tattoo starts glowing or making a low grumbling sound you might have to have your arm asphyxiated until the condition goes necrotic at which point you are in the clear.</p>
