I had 2 half sleeves Shoulder to elbow (now only 1) as you are going a even further, keep going into a full sleeve or at least make it easy to extend.  I intend to get rid of my other half sleeve next year, I will then have 2 full sleeves. Unless you turn into the Hulk stretching won&#8217;t be a problem.  I think my arms looked bigger after a lot of ink. I would talk to some tattooists and see if they can fix it otherwise get that line LASERed and with that story you should get a great discount.  Another tattooist will not have a problem finishing it off under those circumstances.</p>
