Oh hell yes it is well done! It looks great.
The problem with adding a blood drip behind it is the garden background it would just confuse it more.

The rose is done well, but, If you want the illusion of it really being nailed to your neck, blood dripping would be appropriate.

I like my tattoos to look like things I want them to look like. It’s kind of cool, but I think your artist has some developing to do.

The breasts look kinda out of proportion in the pic, but looking front on they are actually perfect, just the way my leg must be in pic

I was actually talking about eye placement. Where there should be a canthus of a right eye, there is not.

I find this the hardest thing ever to do, for a start, when it asks for a description, I describe and click save changes, it does nothing, just stays on the page, if I finally get to upload a photo, it never gives me a code, it tells me some message that it didn’t work, or its to big to upload, its only a normal photo, does…
