I covered this in my research if you have a chest tattoo on the breast area there are 2 things that you have to watch for;
1. That the tattoo is not placed near the underside of the breast as this is where they slice open to place the implant and this will leave a scar.
2. That you do consider the size of the implant as the skin will stretch to accommodate it. If you go crazy with the size say from a C to G or H etc there is a chance that the tattoo will stretch because the skin is being forced over a much wider area.
That said it would only be effected if the implant was extremely large.
Also you can tattoo over breast implants as it is the skin only.

I see alot of lower ab tatts that take a beating during a pregnancy. Weather a stretch mark destroys it or not? My wife had a small lower ab tatt of a dolfin I would joke with her in her 3rd. trimester saying that the dolfin grew into a killer whale. It did go back to normal after we had our first child with no harm to the tatt. Now at the end of the 3rd. child it looked a bit worn out and was touched up by myself.So I beleive like it was stated that if the design is in the location of major stretching or in direct line with an insision there could be problems.
