Hello tattoo lovers, I’m new here and I need some help for understanding some of the tattoo meanings. I searched the web and couldnt find any info so thats how I ended up registering for this forum.
I am interested in some of the patterns for polynesian, hawaiian and tribal tattoos, such as tiki, shark, gecko, turtle, dolphin, manta ray, koru and others.Also the pattern that looks like a bee-hive and the flower, pictures are here:

I am very keen on getting a tattoo but I need some help with it.

Hi , im guessing that the second tattoo could just be a design in that style because the person is not very polyensian looking in skin tone.
you best bet would be if you can find a general forum / chat room where polyensian people/fans etc chat someone might be able to help you there.
or have you looked if they is any books about it .
