    i am not sure which one is the best can someone tell me a good one to use in the summer:confused:

    Welcome to the forum!

    I use a sunscreen of S.P.F. 50. I avoid sun as much as possible but wear a large straw hat, and protective clothing when I can.

    Sunblock is a thick cream type lotion. Sunscreen is a clear liquid.

    We just had a round of comments on a similar thread. “What is better to use in the summer, sunblock or sunscreen?”
