Hi. thank you for your time.
so i’m stressing out,
I got a star on each foot, they’re about the size of a quarter. Everything was going fine until 5 days after I got them,…When I washed them with mild anti bac. soap, some of the ink in the center fell off prematurely on both of them & next morning I found myself having a “pit” like where the ink was taken off. This made the center create a thick ass scab….now it’s been 2 weeks and both of the scabs fell off but now I’m left with the center of the star not being the same skin “level” as the rest of the star (it’s like theres this lil hole[crater] where the scab used to be, but the rest of the tattoo healed fine with it feeling like if it’s my untattood skin, just not the center) Does that mean it will stay that way or do I just need time for it to fully heal and then the “pit” (crater) will be gone? How does the crater end up healng?… :
Sorry for rambling on & on, but I do appreciate your time and answers.
Thank you again

Hi
A pic would help but it can take a while for the skin to recover.
Was there any infection? Or did you knock/pick the scab off? (These affect the factors in how long healing takes).
I would suggest waiting another 2 weeks to let the skin heal (it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on age, health, if it was infected, depth of the ‘crater’)- it will likley go tight and shiny which is normal but once the skin heals up you can get a touch up done.
Sometimes you may have a slight dimple depending of whether scar tissue forms but these are usually ok when covered up by fresh ink.
Keep it clean and keep us posted.
Take Care
