I had my tattoo done four days ago and ive noticed that the colours are slightly leeching. i know you are supposed to stop using the tattoo goo at this point, which i have done, but it is really dry – should I leave it alone completely or start using the unscented moisturiser or what?

also, i already had the vaseline moisture locking body lotion (not vaseline petroleum) and i am wondering if this is the right sort of thing to use eventually on it anyway or should i get e45 cream or what?
