came off already? should i put lotion on the whole tattoo.. even where the scab was removed or should i just do the scabby part? if i put lotion on the tattoo will it get irritated and burn …or infected?

Depending on your lotion, you should keep putting it on the whole thing the entire time of healing until all the scabs come off.
Think of it as a really bad cut. You would normally keep it wet so it wont flake or get irritated but not too wet to “Soak off” the entire scab, just keep enough on to keep it feeling like normal skin.

Keep putting lotion on. Just to be safe.
