every so often one of my tattoos gets itchy, and raises. Can someone tell me why this happens? i know that this happens to other people, one of my boyfriends tatts raises up, but doesnt get itchy. I KNOW that the place and the tools they used were safe and sterile, so i need people tellin me its hepetitis or something like that!!!!!
and please, i dont really care if you dislike tattoos, so dont tell me, i just want to know, why one of my tattoos (one of my three tatts) gets itchy and raises up??!?!?!
also, its not it the healing stage either, its well past that!

and only one of them gets itchy!
