duhh. its just ink in your skin, and skin bleeds.

The more you scratch, pick or whatever, it’ll bleed which is Very bad! You’ll scar it and pull out the ink.
But not all is lost, just start taking better care of it and that’ll make it itch less, and it’ll be less likely to pull out color. Even if you do pull out color or scar, any Good artist can retouch anything that happens without much damage to your skin or the design.
Don’t worry about infection or anything, if you start taking good care you should be fine. What I’d suggest is washing it with liquid dial soap (it’s antibacterial and dosn’t have any dye or fragrange) and pressing it dry with a Paper towel, (NO exceptions) and then moisturizing it with Lubriderm, or any other scent/dye free lotion)
