Hey everyone I was born and raised in Cali and i just turned 18 and about to move away to Arizona on my own…
I really want to get a Cali tattoo but im not sure what i want it too look like, or where on my body…
i thought about getting the state with 562 (area code) tattooed inside of it…but im not sure
so ya any ideas? no previous tattoos so im not very good at this kind of stuff…
Another idea ive always thought about would be getting “To Die Is Gain”, so ya im toying with that so feel free to give me your input on fonts or locations

Been from the UK is there anything that California is specially known for other than Disney and oranges? 😉
The thing I would say about the postal code thing is that I have seen many and to be honest it just smacks of prison ink.
I mean that is my personal feeling on the matter – and if you really want it then it can easily be done. I just think with so much art and individuality there is so many better tattoos to be had. (They are on for life so you want something to last into your 80’s).
The second one ‘To Die Is Gain’?

I am at a loss as to what you gain? Having ‘died’ for 3 mins there wasn’t much really to recall about it except the resus really hurt and having a needle slammed into your heart really does focus the mind. 😀
I would consider the following;
What are you really passionate about (other than where you lived)
What size do you want small medium big full back-piece etc
Colour or black n shade?
Style – Fantasy, tribal, bio-mech, portrait etc
Do you want it to be the start of a continuing theme or a stand alone piece.
How much do you have/willing to spend on it?
