hey, i’m about 3/4 way done on gettin my sleeve (jap/tibetan) black and grey with a bit of colour.

well the reason i became a member is 4 a little advice, the last sittin i had was almost 2 months ago lasted 3 hours…..ever thing went well got a big blue red/pink lotus flower on my forarm and it heal up great within about 2 weeks but over the past few weeks i’ve been gettin these bumps (all most like clusters of spots) around and on the new coloured piece….they itch like mad…and they seem 2 get worse when i’m working or get hot and bothered, then other times there is none at all but i can still feel them sort of under my skin. they always seem 2 pop up in the same place. my sleeve is gettin done by a proper artist who does amazing work and i kept it very clean when healing and like i said every thing was great with it on till a few weeks ago.

Does anyone hav any ideas what they could be? and what i could do about it or if it will go away on its own.
heres a pic see what u think

ok maybe you have an alergic reaction to the pigment used in your new work. are the spots localised to any partitular colour/s? have you had these same colours elsewhere before?
it would be a good idea to check with your artist because you might be allercic to one of the ingredients in that particular colour
    hope this helps

i had a similar thing happen to mine. i kept moisturising it and its all gone now. no idea whether it was the ink (i’ve had 3 sittings before this occured) or whether I was bitten by something whilst out in thailand. either way though it looked like what you have.
how long have you had this rash/bump?
best advice from me would be to keep the area clean, keep moisturising it and assess it in a couple of weeks. fingers cross it should all settle down. 🙂
