Hello, i’m new here so thought i’d intro myself!
I’m Paris, i’m 19 and currently have two tattoo’s….i seem to get the new tattoo bug once a year exactly a year after my last one was done….
So i really like unusual/original tattoo’s in slightly strange places, currently i have a large intricate design on my left side of my stomach which is swirls and circles and crysanthemums in grey/black and bright pink and also a tribute to my late nana in the form of her favourite flower, a freesia its all black and the stencil was from a photo and its on the inside of my right arm above my elbow i really like its posistion as you can’t really see it unless im reaching out for something etc.
I’ve finally found a place for my new tattoo that i feel is a little different and now i just need to find a design….i’ve been searching but i really wants a WOW tattoo that no one has ever seen before….i always tend to go along the flower lines but would be open to something else. Its quite hard to describe where i want it and ive only ever seen one picture with it in this place (though i’m sure theres more) and its under my arm right above my armpit so when my arms up its the right way round and when its down its the wrong way (you wouldn’t be able to see it anyways) does this make sense?
Does anyone have any suggestions or shall i post in the design section too?

I will be honest I only have a partial idea of what you want;
A possible floral tattoo just below the armpit.
This in itself is not enough – to give you suggestions for a wow tattoo we need more info.
What is the style you want? Floral, fantasy, biomech etc
Colour or black n shade?
How big?
Does the tattoo have any significance that will influence the design?

sorry i know its vague, but im not sure myself!
floral deffo and above my armpit on my inner arm not to large about 2 inches or so long (which will come about a third of the way down my arm) and i dont mind if it wraps around my arm a little bit.
I much prefer black and shading to colour.
Theres nothing to influence the tattoo just want something thats a piece of art not just a picture like the one on my stomach was a painting originally i believe.
I know this is so vague and i am searching myself to get influence and i love all the standard swirly lines flowers and butterflys but i want something original that no one elsse will hopefully ever have! i deff don’t want a ‘block’ tattoo something like on my stomach.
Does any of this make sense?!?!
I really am open to all ideas, if a block tattoo in colour was shown to me i may love it despite in my mind it not being my sort of thing!

Have you considered looking at some surrealist paintings?
You could have the flower take on a surrealist edge such as the lower forming the shape of say a butterfly, bee, mermaid within the petals.
The petals could be melting into small coloured drops.
Just an avenue that would make a standard floral theme more unique.

The ideas were just ones that I thought up as I like surrealist art. A professional artist would be able to draw it up for you.
Basically the first ide is that teh shape of the petals either form the shape yu want at the core or floating petals make up the shape.
The second would be a normal flower with the edges of the petals melting/dissolving into coloured drops.
