Hello all. I am a noob to forums not to tattooing or piercing. I am a pastor who has not been tattooing or piercing for 6 years and just picked it up again. I was in an award winning studio for 2 years and God called me into the ministry. So I sold all of my equipment and went the straight living. Now I joined a Biker Church and now have people wanting ink! (YAY). So I bought some equipment and now back tattooing my friends and church members. Here is my problem. I am using disposable tubes and pre made sterile needles. I bought some 7 and 9 double stack needles? But they are smaller then I am used to! I am use to making my mags with a razor blade. anyone do that too? Anyway these needles are as wide as a 4 flat? I need to find the larger 3 n top and 4 on the bottom mags. Can anyone help me with where to buy these pre made needles? I am not satisfied with the small flat needles. Thanks in advance. Thanks for any feedback. It’s awesome to be slingin again!!!
welcome! hope you can find the answers you are looking for, but i doubt you will find them here. they are pretty strict on not allowing unlicensed tattooing discussions here. if i could help ya, i would. buuuuut oh well :p good luck! welcome to the forum! oh! and post some pics of your work! id love to see it
I have been tattooing for 10 years and I am a member of the apt!
Forums are for discussion and help! Thank you for jumping to conclusions without asking.

Hi
What Apostle was getting at was that discussion of tattooing techniques that can be used by an unlicensed tattooist (by reading the instructions on the forum) is not allowed.
I believe there is a section on this forum where licensed artists can have privat discussion (if it is still active) alternatively you can click on the signature of Outlaw (one of the moderators) that will take you to a forum that will answer your questions on needles.
I think jumping to conclusions is a bit harsh – unless somebody states they are licensed artist, studio artist etc it is quite natural to think it may fall under the ‘unlicensed discussion rule’ that the forum has.
All that aside I would still like to welcome you to the forum and woudl definitley like to see your work.
I am currently planning a piece on Judeo-Christian tattoo art and whether scriptural tattoos can be seen as giving testament or spreading the gospel. Your views on that would be greatfully appreciated.
Take Care
Matthew
