Dude….your ink sucks. We were just too nice to say it. So stop throwing a goddamn hissy because no one replied–would you prefer 10 posts telling you how god damn poorly done it is?

actually i would, it would be better for people to be honest then to get nothing and go back to the same artist time after time. plus you werent even a member when i posted the question.

so back to the original question. is there anything i could add or do to my tattoo?

    Hi Canon

The ink does not suck it just needs fleshing out I will post some ideas that I think may maked it better (constructive criticism)

What I will say is try a new artist – check out one that specialises in black n shade as much of my input is to do with that.

    1. Flames they do not do justice to the tattoo. I would recommend getting more shading and shape added to them. Maybe add some trails of dying flame sparks.

    2. The body could do with some more gradient shading to help define the wings and feathers. Each feather needs ro be more defined and some detail of feather work in the back would help a lot.

    3. The head could do with some more shading to define the skull features and maybe sharpen the beak a little.

    4. The outline could do with been bolder so that eagle looks like it is going to lift off your arm.

    5. Maybe just sharpen those stars with a bolder outline.

These are just small cosmetic changes and I tinker with my tats all the time.

As for the exterior have you considered a rising sun and clouds or clouds and lightening?

Let us know what you think and always happy to help.
    Take Care
    Matthew
