    I’m wanting to get a tattoo of the city landscape of ocean drive(Miami,Florida). I want black and gray with all the shades and details but no sky. I’d like to get it on my inner bicep covering most of it. Around how much you think roughly it’d cost?I’m not trying to be cheap with it at all I’d just would Like a rough estimate.

    I am not from the USA but I think a decent artist I’m sure is $100+ an hour?

    The more you pay (generally) the better your tattoo will be. Don’t skimp on a permanent body modification. That said, for a good artist you should expect to pay at least $500 depending how big and detailed it is. I’d bring $1000 cash.
