Down here in the dirty south they will literally close schools if there’s 1″ of snow that sticks. But we get snow maybe once or twice a decade.

Well I live on the wet West Coast of the Great White North, so we get snow every year. (Some times only for a couple days of a year.) During 12 years of school it was closed only 1 day for snow and it was up to our thighs. Our family didn’t listen to the local radio station so my brother and I were half way to school before someone saw us and told us that school was cancelled. AWESOME DAY!!
