    I have been planning to get a quarter sleeve for a while now. Quarter because I must keep it 1 inch above the elbow for the police department I plan to work for.

    I have a general idea of what I want it to include, but I would like some opinions on if you guys think they’ll go okay together as well as how to tie them in.

    Items:
    Oak tree, a specific picture my fraternity uses
    Eagle
    American flag

    Reasons behind these:
    Oak is a symbol of my fraternity as well as Zeus the Greek god. Obviously a symbol of strength.
    The eagle, also associated with Zeus and the US is also used to symbolize courage and faith in the catholic religion.
    The American flag simply for pride of country.

    Tree, flag, and eagle. Sounds like a “traditional” style tattoo.

    Those items could work together. You should find a tattooist to draw it up for you. The most important part of your new tattoo is the tattooist that you choose. If you tell us where you live we can help you find a good one.
