    At first I was wanting a tribal and another of a snake…till I just thought of a tribal snake one.I want tribal cause I have some cherokee in me and the snake is for chinese year of. The part I am deciding is between left shoulder blades going to my left nipple…like 2 inches b4 the nipple.I was thinking 6-7 inches long and over an inch wide maybe 2.

    Would this look cool/sexy…or evil?

    Why would you want a chinese resembling tattoo if you’ve part cherokee?? Anyway, i’ve seen one which is pretty much exactly what you’re describing, it looks pretty cool.

    First of all my thoughts are that the tattoo sounds fine and will look good by any decent artist. i have seen a few tribal style snakes and some can be executed very well.

    My advice is however –

    If your only reason is to get it to feel sexy/cool/evil then perhaps you need to give it some serious thought before you do it.

    I agree tattoos can make you feel better about yourself – I love mine and I takle pleasure in looking at them.

    That said I did not get them to look sexy or cool (being neither 😉 ) but my tats will go to my grave with me so when I am old and wrinkly I can say I got this ink ‘cos it really meant something to me. Also I lived a lot!

    Never get ink on a whim it is there for life get it because you love what you are getting even if the world hates it.

    too many people get ink because they think it is sexy….
    then 2 yrs down the line its coverup time lol.

    it shouldnt make a rats arse difference if somebody dont like it, your getting it for you not them…. that being said i friggin hate tribal, but each to their own,.. so… if its what you want then get it buddy 😉

    I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again.

    Tribals are like broccoli–great as a side dish, especially with red meat, but by themselves bland and uninspiring.

    i think that a tribal snake might just look like some tribal lines .
    if it was me i would think twice , get a killer japanese style snake with tribal behind it if you are really set on tribal .

    sexy ?? erm depends what the rest of you is like LOL
