    Hi Ken

    Welcome to the forum.

    Yes been able to draw is an essential part to doing tattoos.
    I know people may argue well you can just colour in flash.
    However unless you know how to draw a straight line and understand about shading concepts, bolding etc, you will bluntly fuck the tattoo up. (Even if you are ‘filling’ in a flash piece).
