I was told a story about a guy who had a tattoo on the front side of his neck. It was a name of some sort. Then he decided he wanted to enlist in the Marines. The tattoo on his neck was the only thing keeping him from being able to enlist. He became sick and tired waiting for the money it would have taken to get it professionally removed, so he took a belt sander to it knowing a big ugly scar would not be an issue. Would this actually work?… Sort of a similar question… If i were to get a nasty scrape and it just happened to be where a tattoo is located on my body, would my tattoo be affected by this scrape? Would I be looking at some scarring?
