I am surprised by this posting. I deal exlusively with Oztatz in Australia and have never had a problem with their level of service nor with getting my orders. In fact, even though we are at opposite ends of Australia, all of my orders are delivered to me 3 days after I order and pay for them. Maybe a payment got screwed up or something where you are concerned? Did you e-mail them?
I am a tattoo artist of over 30 years and have been using Oztatz exclusively for the last 2 years. I order somewhere between $1500 and $5000 a month in supplies (I own and operate 3 seperate shops) and as I said, I have never had a problem, ever! As a matter of fact, Scott from Oztatz has even gone out of his way to source me the more harder to find pieces of equipment and supply it to me at a very decent price.
I have no hesitation in saying that I will continue to deal with Oztatz for all my supplies and urge people in the hunt for supplies to also give them a go. I have directed a few smaller operations run by close friends to Oztatz and he has never steered them wrong. Scott is a tattooist himself I believe, so I feel he would know what he is talking about where tattooing and piercing supplies are concerned.
He was a major sponsor in the Sydney Tattoo And Art Expo this year. They would hardly have him on board if he was as shonky as Slayer would have you believe.

i agree i have been waiting for a year for my order i have givin up sick to death of dealing with these guys and i have been bullshited too long enough rip off is an under statement i heard every excuse in the book from this crowd oztats don’t buy shit from these guys your never gona see it ……..ever i have just sent back an email for the last time i told them keep the money keep the shit i don’t care anymore just over it hard and not only that but i have been so nice it hurts i have been bullshited too long enough they actually tried to tell me that there gear was coming from the U.S i think they need to look at a map there cheap shit comes from china no doubt i get most of my gear from the states and it gets here in 4 days and thats over the weekend i had never had to wait a year for anything and everyone you talk to has the same story i personally haven’t been theatened by these guys (just as well i am navy seal trained in close quarters combat….rapid dominance )so definately not scared but i can’t say that the have taken that tact with me but i have been talking to a lot of people that have been ripped off by these dudes and that seems quiet common …..i will also contact consumer affairs as i believe that if you pay for stuff you should get it otherwise we could all get rich selling shit to people that they are never gona see and then theaten people with the old well i will deliver it to you in person champ,tiger,yeah whatever i would be very very very careful who your throwing threats around too i been tattooing for twenty years and i have meet my fair share of hard men and i can tell you right now tough mothers don’t use the phone they come round to your house kick your door down and proceed to smash your head in with anything at hand so there you go don’t buy from oztats continue to buy from over seas it would be nice to be supporting aus bussiness but i think we all work to hard for our money as it is and who wants to pay people to stuff you around and constantly bullshit to you over the phone
