    Hi all. I have a pretty crappy dragon tattoo I want my kids names going with. I really don’t know which fonts would look best though. I can never decide which look good. I was thinking of maybe having a red shade with the words so they aren’t just plain black. Or at least some extra detail to them.

    I really don’t like just plain black lettering.

    Heres a quick photoshop of roughly what I’m looking at around my existing tattoo:

    Have you thought about covering the crappy tattoo with an awesome piece of art depicting your kids?

    That should be easy to cover up. I’ve seen a lot worse that came out rather nice.
    If you use their names in whatever font, please make it smaller than your mock up.

    I don’t really want to cover it up. Will end up too expensive aswell. As for kids artwork i presume you mean their faces, which I don’t really like either. Plus I wouldn’t trust anyone enough to do it.
    That mock up was really just a quick thing. I have no idea what will look good around it. That’s why I wanted ideas on font, size, colouring, detail etc.

    What do you mean you don’t trust anyone with it? There are some awesome portrait artists!

    Still not too keen. not looking to spend loads but have a nice piece I want on my other arm when I have the spare cash

    My thoughts exactly. If you think the dragon is crappy, you are just putting your kids next to your crap. Hardly appropriate :S
