    the best way ever. saw it on yu yu hakuso. decided to try it on my own. it’s easier than throwing a coin (cause you don’t need a coin)

    No, its not allways the way to make a good decision. What if a judge asked if he and a criminal did rock, paper, scissors to see if he went to jail?
