    Looking for some creative ideas on how and with what to expand the blood coming out of the heart on my back around onto my shoulder and down into a half sleeve

    Looks like it has enough blood coming out of it the rest should be blood flowing into it. Maybe just be done with it and move on to your next tattoo.

    Personally, I like the real blood idea, along with arteries, veins, synapses, and perhaps you could lead down to intestines/guts like you see in anatomy books. Then end with something cool I can’t think of.
