Hello

I have a tattoo thats about 3 years old now and I have noticed it has bled out on parts of the outline making is blurry 🙁
Why does this happen? can it be corrected?

also the same tattoo I wanted reworked as it looks a little plan next to my other. Will another artist rework someone elses work? I have heard this is a no no:confused:

Post some pics.
I wouldn’t be afraid to have someone else fix your ink. The last thing you should do is go back to someone that screwed it up in the first place.
