Hi my name is Paul

I am looking to get my first tattoo!!! Im 31 and last year went through a couple of operations on my shoulders. It has been nearly 18 months of recovery and im just about there, im looking to mark the end of this period in my life with a tattoo on my left shoulder. I would like a tat of a phoenix to mark a new period of my life.
I live in Walsall in the West Midlands and would like somebody to recommend an excellent artist who has lots of patience as im a little fussy. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
