Is there anything I can do with this tattoo? I hate it, it’s suppose to be a fairy, but it looks sloppy, distorted, is there a way to fix it up. For example, one arm looks bigger than the other, and her legs look a lot fatter than I wanted. I hate it, please tell me there is a way to fix it this.

First of all it is not that bad.
I have seen way worse than this.
The good news is that it can be easily fixed;
First of all the the line work needs redoing so that it is bolder and will fix a few wobbles.
Add some extra shading to the creases in the leg and arms and they will look a lot better.
The hands can be easily redone or maybe have a butterfly landing on the lower hand to disguise the fingers? Also maybe another resting on the ‘fat’ thigh this will help proportion out the size.
I would def go for some bold recolouring.
Once you get a pro artist on it – it will be a great tattoo.
Personally I quite like it just needs a bit of tlc

i have definately seen much worse, but i do agree with your thoughts on the overall piece.
matthew is right about it being fixable, go get yourself a decent artist and it could be that stunning piece that you originally wanted to be proud of wearing.
