Penis tattooing is a very serious matter. if it goes wrong you can damage your tackle badly.
Do not attempt this yourself and you would need a professional to do it.

The biggest problem is that you would have to maintain an erection whilst the tattoo is being done. The medical side is that an erection should not be maintained for more than an hour or 2 at a time as you can damage the blood vessels causing impotency.

Some methods used are

Local anaesthtic either directly by injection or absorbed through the skin – applied by hand or with a condom.

Using a ring to cut off the blood flow – can be dangerous if left too long without circulation.

Ice application – quite ineffective in my opinion but some use it.

Viagra also does not work as well as ppl expect and can cause major problems if you have a heart probs.

Gritting teeth – only for the more extreme masochist.

Also depending on the level of tattooing – if you get the shaft done watch the underside where the main veins are – this is very sensitive.

Alsogenital tattooing can be prone to infection due to bacteria build up – ie sweating in your pants.

Sex is also a no-no until fully healed.
