    im having a few issuse with my equipment ..

    my shader keeps (now and then nt all the time) loosing off just the contact pin its the wee brass screw that holds it in place .. well after running it for an hour or so soem times it turn its self loose and messes up my settings then i have to spend the next 20 min sorting th ething b4 i get back to inking ..

    it happens randomly .. just now its fine .. but im constantly waiting on it to happen wich isnt good .. lol

    does this happen wth any one else ?? i thnk personaly its time to get a new one but being hard up on job and cash im working wth what ive got at the moe untill i get some …

    any feed back to this would be great … thnx guys

    my liner is great no probs yet … lol YET .. changed the coils about a while ago and cleaned and filed the contact points on it and it runns smooth now done the same with the shader … runs good expt the prob stated above….:>

    hey davey, if ya put a small piece of plastic in the hole before the lock screw, you can tighten it down quite well without naffing up the threads on the contact screw. i cut a piece off from the end of the ink tube in a biro pen, it stopped mine doing it 😉

    it only does (did) it with one of my machines, i tend to keep it as a backup one now, but it cured its little problem. i keep intending to buy a new top binding post from eikon but never get round to it. 😎

    yeah man im gnna fix it 2moz as i cant find any of my pens anymore lol … took a walk i thnk ?? lol

    so keith man what would be the best machines for me to get ?? as im thnking off replacing my currnt ones and using hem as back ups like u self b4 they develop real probs lol

    were to get them ??

    how much they gnna sting me ??

    only things i want frm them is they gtta be light ! nice coils . and be off great quilty . im getting fed up wth the ones i gt they do the job but iwant sme truly nice machines to mach me and that are more tailored to me .

    u think im gnna have to get sme custom ones?? or can u buy the base and build them up ?? id prefer that latter coz i knw it wont cost as much but i like rebuilding my machines and have drawin up a few plans of ones id like to make at sme time in the futre :> ..
