I have 2 tats already and wanting a 3rd soon – tho right now I am heavily involved i the gym, training for the armed forces. How soon can I pump iron or hit cardio after getting tattoo’d? Would the hour or so of sweating each day maybe distort the image, bleed the ink out more?
Also, I tried searching “working out” and “exercise” in the search window but it yielded nothing good.

tobehonest it vcaries a little from person to person.one thing to consider is that when your tat is healing keeping it dry is pretty important and sweating through it is probably gonna have an effect oen way or another.
personally i would say give it a week without any really major cardio or any heavy lifts that are aimed at increasing muscle mass togive it a chance to settle down and start healing and then just take iteasy the following week.
you will know when its healed enough from the look of it. if there are only a few small bits of scabs left on there then you should befine to hit it full pelt again.
i would be more worried about it cracking than the sweat overall but its worth looking after your tattoo.
i mean you can always work out next week if you miss it this week. but you cant take the tattoo back and say “sorry i fucked it up training can you do it again please :-)”
