I’m unclear on the tattooing laws in Victoria, Australia.

I’m 16 years old and want to know if I can get a tattoo if there is a parent present or with parental concent? I’ve emailed a few tattoo studios and only 1 has replied so far saying that they don’t, but it will vary store to store on whether they’ll tattoo a 16 year old.

Does anyone know of a place in Melbourne that will? or is there noway i will be able to get one?
