I’m a big rock fan, but I mostly listen to older bands, typically from the 80’s to mid 90’s. I have trouble finding newer rock bands to listen to that are actually good since they don’t get played on most radio stations, at least in my area. Does anyone have some rock bands they would recommend that I check out? Thanks in advance. =)

Try Kasabian they are from United Kingdom but they play great music.

There’s a band here in Southern California that’s pretty good called Porcelain Gunfight. I don’t think their CD is in stores yet, but you can get it from their MySpace page:
