How long have you had the game? If you’re within 30 days from purchasing it then you can take it to the store and they will replace it for free.
If you are past 30 days of purchase you would have to send EA Sports a check for $20 to get a replacement. Replacement info can be found on the back of the game manual.
Unfortunately you can’t trade it in if it’s used.
