No, not really. This happens often to me and others when downloading compressed torrents with clients other than BitTorrent. BitTorrent keeps it from happening because it uses far better error checking of archived/compressed files.
There’s also a decent chance that someone, like the MPAA, uploaded a bogus file just to frustrate people who pirate movies. The MPAA has stated that they do this to discourage theft.
