not HEART OF ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!! it is a rock song and it is about a guy that does not know his girlfriend is pregnant and she has an abortion. The song does not specifically say that but you get the idea. It has a heartbeat in the beginning but is very soft and you can’t hardly hear it….Any help would be greatly appreciated my hubby is driving me crazy trying to figure it out.
