in the film? Like so many other people, I too am looking for the TRL soundtrack that was actually used in the film. I understand that there are copies out there, without sound effects – not the commerical release available in stores. In particular I’m looking for the orchestral version of “jisas yu holem hand blong mi”, which appears when Private Witt (Jim Caveizel) is AWOL with the native islanders (8:00 minutes into the film), and the Copra Plantation scence in which Witt and Welsh (Sean Penn) are speaking to one another on the porch of an abandoned plantation house, near the end (2:21:15 into film). Two great pieces that I can’t get out of my head, but which were inexplicably left off the commerical release. A huge thanks to anyone that can assist!!!!
