is that all that’s on the disc, just the one items? What they are telling you is that they don’t want it copied verbatim or they could sue you, so why would you want to be sued by copying something that’s copyrighted in its entirety?
If it’s a song then you can’t do it legally. If it’s an article you “may” be able to copy and past sentences, or if it’s an article, then use another computer or your word processor program and type it out, but not word for word and not in its entirety.
Why would you ask us to be illegal too???

If you tried to copy it to your computer, it shouldnt stop you, theres some dvd to computer software you can buy at sams or circuit city for around 20 bucks that should let you add it. Other than that i cant really help you =(
